1. A valid Credit/Debit Card or Gift Card is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel.
2. Appointments missed without a 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged in full.
3. For appointments booked with a gift certificate, the certificate will be voided for the amount of the service if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals:

1. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled appointment.
2. Arriving late will result in a shortened appointment time, and the original appointment guarantee fee will still apply.
